Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing, responsive websites that align with client branding and goals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and translate them into creative designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Ensure websites are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Work with developers to implement designs and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Maintain and update websites as needed, including troubleshooting design issues.
• Integrate websites with various third-party tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, eCommerce).
• Stay up to date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
• Provide ongoing design support for additional web-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a web designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in web design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with basic web development.
• Experience with responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client goals.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Availability to work during clients’ preferred time zones (USA, UK, or Australia).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Shopify).
• Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for web design.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and design (e.g., WooCommerce, Magento).
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
