Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic to clients’ websites.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-converting keywords and optimize ad targeting.
  • Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEM trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure SEM strategies align with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and landing page conversions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any campaign issues or performance dips.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to clients on paid search strategy and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEM Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEM platforms, especially Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search tools.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data, interpret results, and present insights clearly to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for client interactions and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Availability to work during clients’ preferred time zones (USA, UK, or Australia).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and retargeting campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and how they complement SEM efforts.
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and creating paid search campaigns for online stores.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other SEM-related credentials.
