Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assess clients’ current office workflows to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Implement office automation solutions to improve productivity, reduce manual tasks, and enhance communication.
  • Set up and manage tools for task automation, data syncing, and document management (e.g., Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate).
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of automated systems.
  • Train clients on how to use automated systems effectively and provide technical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation tools across departments.
  • Develop and manage automated reporting systems to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor performance of automation systems and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
  • Provide support for other technology-related tasks as required by clients.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Automation Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of office automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, IFTTT).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack).
  • Strong understanding of data management, file sharing, and document collaboration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to explain technical solutions to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Availability to work during clients’ preferred time zones (USA, UK, or Australia).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM and ERP system automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and automating task flows.
  • Knowledge of scripting or coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to customize automation processes.
  • Understanding of business process management and workflow optimization.
  • Experience in data analysis or reporting automation.
