We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our growing team and help our clients maintain financial health.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and process invoices, bills, and payments.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Conduct financial analysis to help clients make informed business decisions.
• Prepare tax documents and assist with tax filing procedures.
• Support clients with payroll management and other payroll-related tasks.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Provide support with any ad-hoc accounting or finance-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an accounting or finance specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Availability to work during clients’ preferred time zones (USA, UK, or Australia).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tax preparation and filing.
• Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgeting tools.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of basic business analytics or financial modeling.
• Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Gusto, ADP).
