We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our growing team and help our clients maintain financial health.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process invoices, bills, and payments.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Conduct financial analysis to help clients make informed business decisions.
- Prepare tax documents and assist with tax filing procedures.
- Support clients with payroll management and other payroll-related tasks.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Provide support with any ad-hoc accounting or finance-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accounting or finance specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Availability to work during clients’ preferred time zones (USA, UK, or Australia).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tax preparation and filing.
- Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgeting tools.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of basic business analytics or financial modeling.
- Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Gusto, ADP).
