Job Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and email correspondence.
• Perform data entry, organization, and record-keeping tasks.
• Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
• Assist with social media management, including content scheduling and engagement.
• Handle customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and file management.
• Provide support for other ad-hoc tasks as required by clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Availability to work during clients’ preferred time zones (USA, UK, or Australia).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles or content writing.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
