Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content tailored to each platform’s audience and trends.
  • Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients to align social media strategies with their business goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads, to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.
  • Build and foster relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities to grow the brand’s presence.
  • Provide regular social media performance reports to clients, highlighting successes, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and new features to optimize content strategies.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and best practices for each.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to create engaging content and design eye-catching visuals for posts (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating content and engaging with followers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Creative thinking with a focus on developing innovative content and strategies.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Availability to work during clients’ preferred time zones (USA, UK, or Australia).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience running paid social media campaigns and optimizing ad performance (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to social media content.
  • Basic graphic design skills or experience with design tools.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Knowledge of video editing for platforms like YouTube or Instagram Stories.
