Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
• Interpret and communicate findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
• Assist clients in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for tracking business performance.
• Clean, validate, and prepare data for analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data solutions.
• Provide ongoing analysis to track the progress of business initiatives and goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Availability to work during clients’ preferred time zones (USA, UK, or Australia).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with machine learning algorithms or predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with data storage solutions (e.g., databases, cloud platforms).
• Knowledge of basic business analytics and financial data analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
• Experience with A/B testing or experimentation analysis.
